PRIORITIES AND MEASURES OF THE LONDON OBJECTIVE 2 PROGRAMME
The London Objective 2 Programme is broken down into three key Priorities:
- Priority 1 is about people.
- Priority 2 is about businesses.
- Priority 3 is about physical places.
Each Priority is made up of a number of measures which are designed to complement each other. Some measures are funded under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), others under the European Social Fund (ESF).
Priority 1: Community Economic Development

Priority 2: Business Development & Competitiveness

- Measure 2.7: Developing a Competitive Workforce (ESF)
Priority 3: Infrastructure, Premises & Environment
- Measure 3.1: Strategic Sites, Infrastructure and Environment (ERDF)
- Measure 3.2: Expansion and Improvement of Premises for SMEs (ERDF)
- Measure 3.3: Marketing (ERDF)
- Measure 3.4: Insuring Local Benefit (ESF)
